Family photography is something I don’t talk about a lot here, but it is actually one of my favorite ways to spend time with my clients. I have known this incredibly kind woman since high school and have been privileged to take photos of her family over the past few years.
I’m posting these photos from our fall session today to do two things:
First, I want to highlight the magic of a quick mini session with a seasoned photographer. Thirty short minutes with this family of three and we still got these gems, which I am sure will be cherished for years. I know from firsthand experience how my heart wells over every time Facebook reminds me how my own children have grown, and I imagine it is the same for parents at any stage. I love that with a few simple prompts and a very short amount of time, I am able to deliver the same feelings of joy and togetherness to families all over.
Second, I am posting to announce that this year, I will be holding spring mini sessions for families, couples, furbabies, friend groups, you name it. I didn’t hold them last year due to a busy schedule (I still did family sessions, just not this particular date or with savings) and I want to extend the opportunity to my friends, my clients, to those that have been waiting to book. I will list the details at the end of the post.
Cheers to you, your loves, your memories, as always. I hope to see you at the sessions!
